Ok why did i go and Delete ALL of my deviations?

Well the thought just sprung to mind after talking to Embrace the Flames. He's a good writing buddy of mine who's really talented. Check out his stuff!
Hmmm...I made alot of friends here on dA...but i havent been able to upload anything. Mainly because of college, life and that i just dont have time.

But i Digress...I had fully planned to make a full smash return to dA...but Embrace the Flames told me about the agreement we sign up when we upload artwork onto dA. Unless the artwork has been published elsewhere...dA owns it and go do whatever they want. No I know they dont technically own it, but they definatly can do whatever they feel like with it.
Also dA has turned out to become this place where people either steal artwork, plaigerise or just suck up rather than give constructive critisism.

dont get me wrong...dA is still a pretty shibby place. By all means I have not made it my enemy. Nor do I implore other artists to leave. Quite the contrary, dA continues to give a nice forum for artists to discuss their artwork and display it in an open forum for all to see. I will continue to learn from other artists here on dA. But I REALLY doubt you will be seeing any artwork by me up here sometime soon. Mainly because of the agreement we have to sign as we sign up for dA and whenever we submit any art. I might post my artwork on my Xanga. My user name there is twizzling_madman (k i was tired and thats the first thing that popped into my mind.)

This is not to say I am leaving dA. Not at all. I am merely cutting out two of their services. One, the beauty of openly and freely displaying artwork to my friends and new friends and everyone else. Two, the beauty of not being able to fully own the rights to my artwork.

So all who were wondering where I have been...well i've been contemplating this very decision i have just made. As well as working, and painting as much as I can in my free time.
